1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We only ship domestically within United States.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can also view this status directly inside your customer account on our site.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

Dawn’s Bright Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dawn's Bright Creations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Free Returns)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, we will make it right.

• Eligibility: Applies to both used or unused items, provided the issue is due to a product defect or manufacturing flaw.

• Cost: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or issue a replacement at no extra charge to you.

• Please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with photos of the issue so we can send you a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Standard Returns (Change of Mind / Unused Items)

If you changed your mind or no longer want the item, you may return it under the following strict conditions:

• Condition: The item must be completely unused, in its original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Shipping Cost: The customer is entirely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refund: Once we receive and inspect the unopened package, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item.

4. Exclusions & No-Refund Situations (Customer Error)

To protect our small business, we strictly enforce the following limitations:

• No Refunds for Customer Error: We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are broken, damaged, or rendered unusable due to customer error, accidental dropping, misuse, or improper handling.

• Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are proven to be defective (as outlined in Section 2).

5. How to Start a Return
