This page tells all about my store policy and anything you need to know. Shipping and Returns SHIPPING POLICY: All shipments: Packages are sent without signature confirmation by default. Please contact us prior to placing the order if you would like us to require a signature for your delivery. Orders containing only in stock ready to ship items will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipments will be sent to the address entered in the shipping address field on our web page during checkout. Dawn’s Bright Creations cannot be held responsible if the incorrect shipping address is entered by the customer during checkout. Dawn’s Bright Creations will not refund shipping costs or return shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect shipping address, and all items will incur a 10% restocking fee. For fraud protection, shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Carriers often leave packages outside at the customer location. Once a package is delivered by the carrier, Dawn’s Bright Creations considers the delivery completed. Any liability for theft or damage after delivery is held by the customer. FedEx and UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes. Failure to enter a valid street address may delay your shipment. Dawn’s Bright Creations reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that have indicators showing there is some risk that a stolen credit card is possibly being used. Below are the various shipping types and their restrictions. US Shipping: USPS First Class and Priority, UPS Ground and SurePost: Delivery times for this method are estimates and are not guaranteed. Free Shipping Promotion: Orders of physical items over $85 are eligible for free shipping in the contiguous states. Virtual or downloadable items do not count towards the Free Shipping total. We will not refund shipping charges. Free shipping is calculated after any applicable discounts. International Shipping: Dawn’s Bright Creations no longer offers international shipping. RETURNS POLICY: Please report any problems you are having to us as soon as possible. Please do not ship items back prior to contacting us and receiving a return authorization. All warranties cover defects in material or workmanship only. Dawn’s Bright Creations cannot be held responsible for damage due to misuse, attempted use, or any other user error. Additionally, warranty cannot be claimed for any items that have been modified. For orders within 30 days of purchase, Dawn’s Bright Creations will, at its discretion, replace defective items and include return shipping for those items. After 30 days, NO REFUNDS will be given.. Customers returning defective items will receive either a replacement, a store credit, or a refund. Orders are eligible for refund up to 30 days after the order was shipped. Returns of products in good working order will receive a refund for the price of the item only, not the shipping costs. To receive a full refund for the product price, returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase and received in new condition with no wear, and all packaging must be included and intact. Returns of opened packages may be accepted under some rare situations, but may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected depending on the condition of the items. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are in a condition that renders them unsalable as a new product. All sales of digital products are final. As-Is items are sold as damaged or defective, and are non-refundable. All sales of discontinued items are final, and non-refundable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to use the items safely and legally and to take proper measures to prevent any damage to persons or property from the use of the items.
